Dear Sir/Madam,

A State Agency of the Government of Pakistan is interested in manufacturing 50 to 100 megawatts windmill power plants in Karachi, Pakistan.

This agency seeks participation from a leading international technically and financially sound business partner, having a license and complete know-how that is engaged in designing and manufacturing turbines for the WPPs and is willing to join hands with the Agency to commence assembly-cum-progressive manufacturing of machinery and equipment for the WPPs at its existing manufacturing unit in Karachi, Pakistan.

If you are interested in participating in this project as a joint venture , please send us a Letter of Interest along with the terms and conditions of your business.

We will be pleased to send you a short Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) along with the criteria of responsiveness for you to prepare a PROPOSAL for the Agency to review and approve it so that you can proceed further with the project as soon as possible.

LAST DATE FOR THE RECEIPT OF YOUR LETTER OF INTEREST IS CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2009.
